Package 1: "The Basics"

Perfect for those who already have their vision set.

What you get:

  • 1 design option based on your supplied design or logo.
  • 1 draft to ensure it matches your vision.

Best for:

  • When you know exactly what you want.
  • Those who already have a design or logo ready to go.
  • A design you have seen me upload on my social media with simple customisation changes.

Any revisions to the draft sent are charged at a flat fee of $50.

Package 2: "The Creative Spark"

Ideal for those who have a clear idea but need a bit of design magic.

What you get:

  • 1 design option created from your inspiration pictures and descriptions.
  • 1 revision to fine-tune the design.

Best for:

• You know what you want but need help bringing it to life.

• If you have provided inspiration pictures and a clear, detailed description of your needs.

Package 3: "The Dreamer"

Great for those who need a bit more guidance and flexibility.

What you get:

  • 2 different design options to choose from.
  • 2 revisions to get everything just right.
  • The ability to pick and choose what you like from each design.

Best for:

  • When you have an idea but need some help shaping it.
  • Looking for a bit of creative input to perfect your idea.

Package 4: "The Explorer"

Perfect for those who want to explore all the possibilities.

  • 3 revisions to refine and perfect your choice.

Best for:

  • When you're unsure of exactly what you want and need some creative exploration.

The Design

What are the costs?

The cost depends on the complexity of the design aswell as the apparel item you have chosen.

Once you have completed the customisation form - I'll be able to quote you based on the description and inspiration provided as well as the package/s you have chosen.

How does the design process work?

Firstly! You fill out a form here.

It's important you provide as much information and inspiration as possible. This way - I can create a design that we both love!

Once you've completed the form - I will then email you within a quote based off the package/s you have sent.

What is a revision?

Revisions are needed when:

  • The design isn't exactly what you were after.
  • New information or requirements come to light.
  • Minor tweaks are needed to improve the overall look!

The most common revisions are:

Colour Changes: Adjusting the colours of the design elements.

Text Adjustments: Changing the font, size, or wording of any text.

Layout Modifications: Rearranging elements for better composition.

Graphic Edits: Refining or replacing images, logos, or icons.

Adding/Removing Elements: Including new details or removing unnecessary parts.

How does the Revision Process work?

Once I send you your design mockup - I gather all your feedback on the initial design

I will then go back to the design and adjust and change the elements based on all your feedback.

You’ll receive a revised proof to review and approve.

It is important to be as specific as possible about what you want changed.

Each package come with a set amount of revisions. Any additional revisions are charged at a flat fee of $50.

Depending on the package chosen - there is a set number of revisions included in the price.

Revisions ensure that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision and needs. They are a crucial part of the customisation process, ensuring you get a design you absolutely love!

Can I see a proof of my design before production?

ABSOLUTELY! I need your written approval prior to producing your item.

How long will it take for me to get my design?

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the order.

I will let you know what my turn around time looks like after your form submission - if you do need your item by a set date you may be required to pay for a rush order.

Typically - you will receive your design within a week! After design approval there is a 10 business day turn around for production of your item. This does not include postage.

Can I use my own design?

Absolutely! You can provide your own design or logo. If you need help with the design - let me know!

Please provide high-resolution files in formats like PNG or SVG.

If you're unsure, just send what you have, and I'll guide you from there!

Can I just get the design with no apparel?

Absolutely!

You will have the right to use, reproduce, and modify the design for personal purposes.

If you would like to use the design for commercial purposes you will be required to purchase a commercial license!

I also retain the right to use the design for promotional purposes, including portfolio displays, marketing materials, and social media.

Can I see the design first and pick the items after I see the design?

Sure can! I require a non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from your final payment once your items have been chosen!

Can I get the design prior to payment?

I require payment or a non-refundable deposit which goes towards your final payment prior to any design work!

What if I decide not to proceed with my order?

Due to the customised nature of your order, refunds on designs are not offered once work has begun.

Refunds are only available if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of payment.

If you wish to cancel your order before written design approval - you will be refunded the cost of the apparel items but an amount will be deducted for the design work.

If you wish to cancel your order after you have given written design approval - you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you decide not to proceed, your design will be saved for 1 month. After that, the design availability is not guaranteed.

Can I order someone elses design?

You can request to order a similar design and use it as inspiration, this can then be customised to you!

Can I get a copy of my approved design?

Sure - just ask!

You can use your design for personal purposes but if you do want to use it for commercial purposes you will be required to purchase a commercial license.

Can I reorder the same design again?

Absolutely! Any orders that go to print are saved!

The clothing

What types of apparel can be customised?

Kids and adults - T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, singlets, hats, bags... the list goes on! If you have something specific in mind, just let me know!

How do I place an order for custom apparel?

Can I use my own clothing?

When it comes to an item that is literally one of a kind and made for you - I am ALL about quality.

Because of this - I prefer to use items that I have tried, tested and know are brilliant quality.

There are some exceptions. Best thing to do - is just ask!

Can I choose the colour of the apparel?

Yes, you can choose from a variety of colors for both the apparel and the design.

I will work with you to make sure the colours match your vision!

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?

NOPE! Just one or 100 I'm your girl.

Can I mix and match different types of apparel in one order?

Yes! If Nanna wants a pink jumper and Aunty Jenny wants a red t-shirt - as long as the design is the same the item can be changed to suit anyone and everyone!

The Final Product

How do I care for my custom apparel?

For best results, I recommend washing your items inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat.

Do not iron directly on the design! If you do need to iron - just pop a piece of baking paper over the design.
