Processing times vary seasonally.

I do try my best to get to your order as quickly as possible but during peak periods you may need to allow up to 14 business days for processing, this doesn't include postage!

However if you do need the item quicker just let me know and I'll do my very best!

The return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Any personalised items or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
